He stepped onto the unclaimed packlands without much care. He trippedm a crack was heard and he stood with slight pain his right front paw. He walked forward with no limp though, all 170 pounds was being carried on that paw. But the muscles in his legs were there to help. He stopped and marked the terra as his. His red orbs covered the terra and he saw nothing of his likings. This was his knew home and he would create a strong and powerful pack. Now blood was dripping from his foot. He ignored it and continued marking the large terra as his. He let out a deep howl. One of claimance. This was his to keep and if anyone tried to steal it, red orbs of threat, white claws like snake teeth, and stained daggars like knives, would be on them.
Maktig's orbs were his scariest feature besides his size and weight most likely. They were intimidating. He wouldn't move his orbs to look at the ground when staring at anyone. They were threatening, and spoke answers for him more often then words did. He was not a speaker, but his vocals, when spoken, were deep, obviously, becuase he was huge, but they were scratchy and had a death-like tinge to them. He was about death, he grew up in a graveyard pack, which actually, was built in one of the largest graveyards. He had been brought yup for the first three months of his lives with the other puppies whom he hated playing tag around the gravestones and when people came, they all went into the forest or in dens or hid. They wouldn't let themselves be cought, once, Maktig's mother nearly stepped in a trap, people had put it there because they 'claim' to have seen a pack of wolves.

A she-wolf was close. She had wandered wearily into the lands and was searching for her brother, Khaz, and her best friend Larka. They had become separated during the slaughter and now, she feared they too had been killed by the humans. She was about to lift her head and howl in mourning, but the sight of fresh blood made her freeze on the spot. She scnted the area, a wolf had passed by very recently.
She followed the trail, and her eyes came upon the huge wolf. She was atleast half the size of him, maybe smaller. Her silver grey coat shivered as she crept nearer, head high and tail looped over her back in determination, a determination not to show her fear, that is. She didnt speak, she was too afraid that her voice would give away the fear. Insitead, she passed by without so much as looking at him, scared that even her gaze would make him angry.

He smelt her and whipped his head in her direction. He gave a low growl. Telling her to stop. His red orbs of power were not pure evil at this moment, because, deep down he was happy, to have packlands and be able to start a pack. But he showed no happiness, sadness, anger, or anything. He showed no emotion at all, nor smelt of any emotion. Who are you? the deep vocalist asked. His muscles were loose. He sat on his muscled haunches, ignoring the blood dripping from his paw. He eyed her. She looked determined. His orbs asked why she was in his packlands without permission from he himself. He was not one to make angry, because he killed when he was angry. It was scary to be around him unless you were a high-ranked pack member and was assured your spot as beta or what ever.
He stood and flexed his injured paw. It pained him but he showed no emotion, blood was no, not dripping but going down in a steady flow, not a big flow though, small. He watched the fae quietly. Black cloak eyes her, the lands were dark upon night. He stood his ground, not letting her leave until she answered, then he would ask her to be in his pack. Not alphess, yet, he wasn't sure if he was ready to have an alphess. His orbs narrowed as he watched the fae. This was to be intresting. What would she say. Why was she here?

She gulped and froze, knowing it would be stupid to take another step forwards. She was facing him now, her eyes rasing up to meet his cold glare. She shuddered and knew at once that she had to submit to him. She lowered her tail and raised her head to show her throat, shaking slightly at the thought of his heavy, iron clad paws. She gulped and let him see the base of her neck, where a slarge vien throbbed woefully, inknowing to the danger she faced it is was cut. She had to answer, but her mouth was dry, and she feared that her voice would shake and show the emotions that surged through her body.
"I-I am Kipcha. W-Who are y-you?"
She asked. She had been correct. Her voice did quiver before him. Her tail curled under her bodice and her neck went higher, hoping her would allow her to live. She had to submit, it was her place, for if she did not, she knew he could easily become angry at her for being too proud and not knowing her place. She was a she-wolf, and had nothing special about her. Just an ordinary grey coat tinged with red, brown, woeful eyes and a small frame. That was all. But she was beautiful, even though she was frightened.

He watched the beautiful fae quiver before him and submit. He chuckled. A noice sounding more of a cough then laugh. He shook his head. I don't kill unless its a life an death situation, faes are worth far too much. he said. Watching her. Her beautiful cloak , soft eyes, his gaze softened slightly. Kipcha, I am Maktig. anyone could here his accent. He was a swedish wolf. He was born in sweden and his accent was with him. His orbs watched her. He had been captured in Sweden and moved here. He hadn't been happy. He watched her. Maktig meant powerful in swedish. Powerful he was.
Maktig was quiet. His orbs looking over the faes bodice. A look took over his gaze Why are you here? he said through his orbs. He spoke through them often. Too quiet to speak through his vocals. It wasn't whom he was. He also sounded so differant from the wolves around here, and it was odd. Some couldn't even understand some things he said, his accent was thick, but he tried as hard as he could to speak normally and you could mostly understand what he said.

Kipcha relaxed slightly, but was unnerved by his laughing. She felt hurt, as if he was mocking her. She laid back her audes and lockered her neck, allowing her tail to raise slightly. She gave a nervous nod at his words and sat down quietly. His orbs were full of some great meaning, an unspoken question, but what did it mean?
"You have something to say, just ask me."
She said automaticaly, tilting her crest. She knew she was ebing quite rude, but couldnt help it. She wanted to find out what he was thinking, but even more so, she wanted to be able to feel safe again, and right then, she felt in danger, the scent of her own fear sending her snorting in disgust.

He smiled. The fae had guts to just say that. He snorted. I speak through my eyes, not my voice. he said slowly. Trying to make the words clear through the swedish accent. It was still to thick for him to speak at a normal rate and everyone be able to understand. He sighed. Would you like to join my pack... he said slowly. Softly. He watched her. Wagging his tail slightly. She was beautiful. He wanted to breed her right then and there, but couldn't. That would be doing what he was told to do all his life. That would mean listening to his fathers commands.

She tore her gaze away from his and stared instead at the ground. Her banner was still and paws shifted through the snow shyly. She though carefully at her answer, she didnt want to say no. She hated being alone, and besides, she couldnt bear to think of what his paws could do to her if she did refuse. She shuddered, forcing her eyes back up at him.
"O-Ok. Ill join."
She said, slowly. His accent was strong, but Kipcha was ised to heavy voices, one of her old friends had spoken so quietly that none but Kipcha usualy understood his words. She forced down her hunches, making herself sit obidiently. Audes were high and alert. She wasnt like other feas. If another had come in her place, they would had flirted with the alpha and begged to join, begged to have his strong cubs. But the shy, placid Kipcha was just plain scared, as usual. Males had hurt her before she had come here, and she never realy had been rid of the fear, this male was even bigger, so what would he do if she did something wrong?

He smiled. A small, almost unoticable smile, but it was a smile. He nuzzled her gently. Tis alright. I would never hurt a fae of my own pack, unless it ment the Graveyard.. Not wanting to go into depth about how he killed his whole family and pack. He smiled at her. Maktig let out a howl of claimance of the fae, then lowered to his deepest and most powerful note. It echoed through the air. He waited for Kipcha to join in with a high or low note, this was her moment. He was giving her the choice, it was clear, he was asking her to be alpha through his song.
His red orbs watched her quietly. He waited to see how she would join in on the song. If it was low, she was taking alpha fae position. If it was high, she was taking some other position. He didn't want to pressure her, he liked her, she was not like other faes, she was not pushy or flirty or right out of mind crazy. She was shy, and gentle, caring. She would be a good mother of puppies. A good leader. He continued to howl. His song was loud. Joyous. Not with a funny accent like his vocals were. He winked at the fae. Showing it was her choice. He never forced a fae to do anything. He wasn't like that. He was too kind to force a fae into anything. He never would. He was too easy-going and held a faes rank much much to high to force them into anything.

Quivering, her dial rose and she met his song. At first, Kipcha didnt understand what was going on. He howl was low, but she wasnt sure why. It matched his, instead of being the usual high pitched tone that her voice usualy sang to. Maybe she was intimidated, Kipcha searched her mind and body for the source of the change. Then she hit it.
His song made her feel happy, light, what she had been longing for. She raided her voice, but lowered the pitch further, then it hit her, forcing the howl to stop mid flow. He was asking her to be an alphress. Could she, Kipcha, be a leader? She was confused. Part of her said yes, and that the alpha male wasnt as bad as he looked, besides; he hadnt hurt her, and it wasnt his fault he was so overgrown. But part said no, why? Her mind was confused. She looked up at him and spoke, interupting the song.
"No! Wait! I dont understand, why me? I...I dont know what to say!"
She was happy that he wanted her, confused at why, and scared that her interuption would come at a rpice. She raised her head in submission once more, standing still, frozen on the spot.

Maktig quieted when she spoke. He smiled though. Your beautiful, gentle, caring. Your perfect for being alphess. You respect brutes too much though, or your too afraid of them. You don't have to submit to me everytime, your part of my pack, I won't hurt a fae. Just be brave. he spoke quickly, his vocals blurred. Almost not understandable. He lowered his dial in respect. If you wish not to be alphess, I will not hold it against you. he spoke, dial still down. It rose and he watched her. Quiet and alert. He thought about everything. Would she want to be alphess. He sat on his haunches. Sniffing the air. He smelt elk. The herd of elk was near the end of the forest. Kind of close to them now. He lay down and watched her.

Audes high, Kipcha stared at him in disbelif. She tilted her head, staring downwards. She shrugged. He was friendly, she could see that now, and he was kind of handsome underneath the bulky exterior. She gave a nervous smile and sat down. He was right, she was a little too afraid of brutes, more than she should be. Just beacuse the rougues had hurt her, didnt mean she shoul be afraid of all males. She looked up again and blushed slightly.
"Maktig, your a gentleman, i give you that. And im honoured that you have chosen me. Im just not sure yet, ill think about it, okay?"
She said. She lifted her tail and lowered her face in pride, rather than submission. He respected her, she could see the truth in him. Her grey fur glowed and she licked his cheek. She decided that she would love to be alphress, but knew she had to give it a little time. Besides, the brute was huge and Kipcha had many good qualities, like speed and beauty, together, she knew they would make wonderful pups, Kipcha blushed at the thought but didnt care. It was a wonderful thought.

Of course, m'love. he replied softly. Wagging his tail gently. He nuzzled her. Your a special fae. You'd be a great mother. he added gently. He lay down and roll over. Seeing her take a proud position. He stood and bowed his head to her gently. He gave a funny, puppy look. Nuzzling her again. He playfully pushed her, not hard enough to cause her fall. He wanted to play. He got into a playful position. Wagging his tail, he let out a small, soft growl. One of playfullness. Not anger, or disrespect, or anything. He pounced around her playfully.

[ Ive had no sleep all night, i am ill and got up at half two in the morning. ]
Kipcha laughed at Maktigs antics. He was a strange beast, she gave him that much. Her tail beat against the wing as it wagged and her tongue lolled out as she panted. Audes were high and optics were bright with happiness and joy. Silver pelt shimmered as she dodged him, maw open and laughing, as he jumped at her. She began to run around him in circles, then lept at his back playfully.

When she landed on his back, he shook her off. He sighed. Now growing thirsty. He began to drink from a small stream. He drank greedily. Slurping up the liquids like a puppy slurping milk from its mother. He looked at Kipcha and smiled. He nuzzled her. Leaving his pack scent on her so they both smelt the same. For pack purposes. So wolves wouldn't take her and so when they left scents, it was a similar scent.
